NOTE:
The Total Tax Rate is comprised of two componets, the Debt Service Rate and the M&O Rate. The Debt Service Rate is levied to pay Bond principal and interest payments and the M&O Rate is levied to operate and maintain the system and pay the costs of the administration of the Authority. As of September 1, 2005, the Authority has no outstanding Bonds and therefore no Debt Service Tax Rate. Property Taxes are based each $100.00 of taxable value of both real and business personal property within the Authority.
